Our Process
Pacific Crest Homecare Solutions is dedicated to providing personalized and quality care to all our clients. Through our entire process, which involves the initial intake, followed by an in-home assessment with a certified senior care manager, to develop a personalized care plan, and during the oversight of the ongoing care, our clients always remain our top priority.
Upon completion of the in-home assessment, caregivers are ‘matched’ with clients based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the caregiver’s past experience, skills, language, hobbies and interests. Our goal is to provide support and peace of mind to those shouldering the responsibility of caring for their loved ones.
