Companion Care
Losing a loved one or being alone can be extremely depressing for anyone, especially seniors. In addition to helping our clients remain socially engaged, our caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, as well as mental stimulation on a one on one basis, to help our clients feel uplifted, so they can continue to age in place, with dignity.
Companion Care includes tasks such as:
- Mental stimulation (using music, board games, card games, puzzles, conversations, reading books etc)
- Light housekeeping
- Accompanying on walks, appointments, social or religious gatherings
- Transportation
- Medication reminders
- Meal Preparation
- Errands
- Laundry & Linen
- Assistance with Technology (email, cell phone, Zoom, Facetime etc)
- Safety Monitoring
